Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, not returns or refunds. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Item – If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item.

No other reasons will be accepted for exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be in the same condition as received

• Unworn, unused, with tags attached

• In original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with clear evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
